Planning estimates, not professional advice
The calculators and guides provide general planning estimates for convenience. Results are not guarantees, professional advice, nutritional advice, food-safety advice, or a substitute for instructions from a caterer, venue, licensed professional, manufacturer, or public authority.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing your inputs and results, confirming package and serving sizes, accounting for your guests and menu, and applying reasonable judgment before buying, preparing, transporting, storing, or serving anything. Actual appetite, yield, waste, weather, equipment, and product size can change the amount needed.
Food safety, allergies, and dietary needs
You are responsible for safe food handling and for identifying allergies, intolerances, religious restrictions, and other dietary requirements. Follow authoritative local guidance and product labels for storage, cooking, holding temperatures, cross-contact, and service.
Alcohol
Alcohol-related content is intended only for adults of legal drinking age. It does not encourage excessive consumption or replace responsible service, safe transportation, venue rules, licensing requirements, or compliance with applicable law. Do not provide alcohol to anyone who is underage or visibly intoxicated.
Acceptable use
You may use the calculators and their results for ordinary personal or business event planning. You may not disrupt the site, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, use automated requests in a way that degrades service, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent Party Servings content as your own.
Intellectual property
The Party Servings name, visual design, software, original writing, and calculator presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Facts, general formulas, and the results produced from your own inputs remain available for ordinary planning use. These terms do not grant permission to copy or republish the site, its code, or substantial portions of its content.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse every third-party page, product, or service and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or terms.
Availability and warranties

We may update the site, its assumptions, and these terms as the service evolves. The version posted here applies from its stated update date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
