Party Servings is designed to work without an account. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use partyservings.com or contact us.
Calculator inputs stay in your browser
Guest counts, portion choices, event length, and other calculator inputs are processed on your device. We do not transmit or store those inputs on our servers. Printing or saving a result uses your browser's own features.
Information used to deliver and secure the site
We use Cloudflare to host, secure, and deliver Party Servings. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. This information is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain site security.
Privacy-focused analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate information such as page views, referral sources, device types, countries, and performance measurements. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and says it does not collect or use visitors' personal data for Web Analytics. We use these aggregate trends to understand which calculators are useful and where the site can improve.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, behavioral advertising trackers, or analytics profiles tied to an account.
Cookies and similar storage
Party Servings does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use limited cookies or similar technologies when necessary to provide security features, detect automated abuse, or remember that a security challenge was completed. Those technologies are controlled by Cloudflare and are not used by us to build advertising profiles.
Email and messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your message, investigate a correction, or evaluate a relevant request. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or health information.
Advertising, affiliates, and sale of data
The site does not currently display third-party advertising or affiliate links. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Before introducing advertising or affiliate technology that changes these practices, we will update this policy and add any consent or choice tools required by applicable law.
Service providers and legal disclosures
We may disclose limited information to providers that help operate the site, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or defend the service. We do not ask providers to use information for their own advertising.
International processing
Our service providers may process technical information in countries other than your own. Their privacy terms and lawful transfer mechanisms govern that processing.
Your choices
Because calculator inputs are not sent to us and no user account exists, there is usually no calculator profile for us to retrieve or delete. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you supplied by email, subject to legal and security exceptions. Contact us using the address below.
Children
Party Servings is a general-audience planning site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
